Design and evolve high-fidelity, accessible visual interfaces for a major Latin American retail digital product. Maintain the design system as the single source of truth and collaborate with developers to ensure faithful implementation.
Responsibilities
- Design high‑fidelity, consistent UI across all product touchpoints
- Translate business and user needs into simple, scalable UI solutions
- Utilize AI‑driven design tools and prompt‑based workflows to accelerate concept exploration
- Prototype and validate ideas while maintaining quality standards
- Maintain and evolve the design system as the single source of truth
- Document the design system and ensure its adoption by design and development teams
- Incorporate accessibility standards and continuously improve usability
- Collaborate closely with development to ensure faithful implementation and reduce handoff friction
Requirements
- 4+ years of digital product design experience
- Experience implementing AI tools in the design workflow
- Advanced proficiency with Figma, including componentization and prototyping
- Experience with Figma Make or similar AI‑assisted plugins
- Hands‑on experience with design systems (tokens, atomic design)
- Strong knowledge of WCAG accessibility standards
- Experience working in Agile/Scrum teams
- Fluency in Spanish and English
