Lead the end-to-end UX/UI design process for complex enterprise applications, from discovery and research to high-fidelity designs. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to create scalable interaction patterns and deliver detailed engineering handoffs.

- Lead endâtoâend UX/UI design for complex enterprise applications
- Conduct discovery research and translate findings into design solutions
- Create highâfidelity mockups, prototypes and design specifications
- Develop scalable interaction patterns and design systems
- Deliver detailed engineering handoffs and support implementation
- Collaborate with product, engineering and research teams
Requirements
- Over 6 years of experience designing enterprise software or SaaS platforms
- Advanced proficiency in Figma
- Bachelor's degree in design or computer science (preferred)
- Upperâintermediate to advanced English proficiency
