Senior Product Designer

Lead the end-to-end design process from discovery and research to prototyping and delivery for digital products. Collaborate with stakeholders and cross-functional teams to create intuitive UX/UI experiences and maintain design systems.
Responsibilities
- Design intuitive and engaging UX and UI experiences across digital products and platforms.
- Lead discovery activities to understand customer needs, define requirements and shape solutions.
- Facilitate stakeholder workshops, collaborative design sessions and ideation activities.
- Create rapid prototypes and concepts using modern AIāassisted design tools.
- Conduct user research, validation activities and usability testing to inform design decisions.
- Develop customer journeys, user flows, wireframes and other key design artefacts.
- Contribute to and maintain design systems ensuring consistency, accessibility and best practice.
- Partner with business stakeholders, product owners, developers and delivery teams throughout the design lifecycle.
Requirements
- Minimum five years of experience delivering UX/UI design solutions for digital products and platforms.
- Strong background in customer experience, service design, user experience and user interface design.
- Proven ability to conduct qualitative and quantitative user research and apply findings.
- Advanced proficiency with modern design and prototyping tools, including Figma and AIāassisted design platforms.
- Experience facilitating workshops, discovery sessions and stakeholder engagement.
- Excellent communication and influencing skills with the ability to engage stakeholders at all levels.
- Experience working in Agile delivery environments and crossāfunctional product teams.
