Senior Graphic Designer

Develop creative concepts, visual directions, and brand identity systems for marketing campaigns and product communication. Design a wide range of brand assets including packaging, POSM, and digital content while integrating AI tools to optimize the creative process.

Responsibilities

• Develop creative concepts, key visuals, moodboards and visual direction for branding, product communication, marketing campaigns, events and sales materials.
• Design and adapt brand assets, brochures, leaflets, catalogues, product presentations, digital/social images, packaging, labels, POSM, exhibition graphics and sales support documents.
• Prepare complete design files, mock‑ups and visual simulations for online, offline, client meetings, exhibitions and business activities.
• Utilize AI tools responsibly to generate ideas, moodboards, sketches and reference images while maintaining originality and brand consistency.
• Stay updated on design trends, AI technology and visual styles aligned with brand direction.
• Coordinate with suppliers, printers, photographers, production houses, freelancers and agencies to ensure quality and brand consistency.
• Review technical specifications of design files, colors, layouts, materials and manufacturing requirements before production.
• Manage multiple design requests and project timelines to ensure accuracy, consistency and on‑time delivery.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree or related field in Graphic Design, Communication, Multimedia Arts or similar.
• At least 1 year in a similar role or 2 years as a Graphic Designer.
• Experience in an agency or FMCG/F&B environment is a plus.
• Proficiency with Adobe Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign, and Figma; knowledge of After Effects and Premiere Pro is advantageous.
• Skilled in using AI tools such as ChatGPT, Adobe Firefly, Midjourney for ideation and moodboard creation.
• Understanding of packaging design, print file preparation, color management and production processes.
• Basic English reading and communication abilities.
• Strong teamwork, ability to manage multiple projects under pressure and meet deadlines.
• Portfolio demonstrating brand identity, packaging, POSM and communication material design.
