Staff Product Designer

The Staff Product Designer will create intuitive experiences for students, instructors, and coaches across native and web applications. They will also be responsible for owning and maturing the company's design system and collaborating with product and engineering teams.
Responsibilities
- Design rich, intuitive experiences for students, instructors, and coaches
- Define opportunities and methodologies, conduct research, map user flows, create wireframes and prototypes
- Leverage quantitative and qualitative data to inform design decisions
- Collaborate with product, engineering, growth, and operations teams
- Own and mature the design system, establishing patterns, components, and documentation
- Advise on trade‑offs and maintain high visual and interaction quality
Requirements
- 8+ years of product design experience across mobile and web platforms
- Strong visual design and design system stewardship
- Ability to collaborate closely with engineering
- Experience with design thinking, strategy, information architecture, and service design
- Proven ability to conduct user research and drive data‑informed design decisions
- Excellent communication and influencing skills
