Establish and execute comprehensive user research strategies using qualitative and quantitative methods to derive actionable insights. Collaborate with designers, planners, and developers to integrate research findings into product strategy and improve overall UX maturity.
Responsibilities
- Develop and execute user research strategies across services (qualitative, quantitative, usability testing, surveys, interviews)
- Define problems and extract key insights from behavioral data, logs, VOC, etc.
- Participate from early product planning to set hypotheses and lead validation
- Collaborate with designers, planners and developers to apply research to product strategy and UX direction
- Structure and share research results through reports, workshops and presentations
- Define UX metrics, design A/B tests and interpret results
- Build repeatable research processes to raise UX maturity across the organization
Requirements
- 4+ years UX or user research experience
- Deep understanding of qualitative and quantitative research methods
- Ability to translate user problems into product and business insights
- Strong communication skills for presenting research findings
- Experience with usability testing, log analysis and A/B testing
- Ability to work in agile/sprint environments
