- Participate in strategic product decisions, helping define vision, roadmap and prioritisation
- Identify improvement opportunities using data, research and continuous learning
- Facilitate discovery, ideation, experimentation and validation processes
- Influence multidisciplinary teams without formal authority
- Ensure consistency and quality of experience across journeys and products
- Balance strategic vision with practical execution to deliver concrete results
- Act as a technical reference for junior designers and promote discipline growth
Requirements
- Requires solid experience in end-to-end Product Design, including discovery, delivery, and user research. Candidates must possess strong analytical skills, business vision, and the ability to navigate complex ecosystems and stakeholders.
