Lead the end-to-end design of complex audit workflows and partner with Product and Engineering to shape strategy and roadmaps. Own significant product areas and integrate AI-assisted workflows to modernize audit processes.
Responsibilities
- Lead design for complex audit workflows from definition to shipped solutions
- Partner closely with Product and Engineering to shape strategy and roadmaps
- Drive design execution in a fastâpaced, ambiguous environment
- Translate research insights and business goals into user journeys and UI
- Maintain and contribute to the design system, mentor peers
- Advocate for users while considering technical, regulatory, and business constraints
Requirements
- 6+ years product design experience, especially with complex B2B SaaS products
- Proven ability to own ambiguous problem spaces endâtoâend
- Experience designing AIâassisted workflows
- Strong usability, polish, and consistency in shipped work
- Mentorship and leadership experience
