Define and design the end-to-end consumer healthcare experience across mobile and web surfaces. Establish visual, interaction, and motion standards while building a scalable product design system.

Responsibilities

  • Shape core patient‑care experience across education, advice, prescriptions, labs, and referrals
  • Set and raise visual, interaction, and motion craft standards
  • Develop deep understanding of patient and clinical needs and translate them into intuitive experiences
  • Rapidly prototype, test, and iterate 0→1 experiences
  • Build and evolve the product design system and interaction patterns
  • Collaborate cross‑functionally with product, engineering, and clinical teams

Requirements

  • 3+ years consumer‑focused product design experience
  • Portfolio demonstrating high visual design standards
  • Strong interaction design and motion expertise
  • Ability to work in ambiguous, fast‑moving environments
  • Proficiency with latest design tools (Claude, Paper, Remotion, etc.)
  • Technical fluency to prototype and collaborate with engineers
