Design user-centered solutions for the advertising ecosystem, managing the end-to-end journey from discovery to production. Collaborate with engineering and stakeholders to simplify complex media processes and evolve the design system based on metrics and user feedback.
Responsibilities
- Design user‑centred solutions balancing experience, business and technology needs
- Own end‑to‑end journey design from discovery to production rollout
- Research advertising market context and translate complex processes into clear experiences
- Influence decisions across multiple stakeholders and dependent teams
- Conduct user research and validation, turning findings into defensible design decisions
- Work closely with engineering to ensure quality and fidelity of implementation
- Document design decisions and solutions for scalability
- Track experience and business metrics to continuously improve the product
- Evolve the design system while maintaining high craft standards
- Collaborate with other Globo Ads designers to create a unified, memorable experience
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Design, UX or related field
- At least 5 years experience as a Product Designer or UX Designer on digital products
- Strong visual design and interaction design skills with systemic thinking
- Proven experience leading product discovery processes
- Hands‑on experience with design systems (creation and consumption)
- Experience working in agile product teams alongside product and engineering
- Ability to take a product from discovery through delivery
- Strategic thinking to align user needs, business goals and technical feasibility
- Use of research, data and metrics to inform design decisions
- Excellent communication and collaboration with multidisciplinary stakeholders
- Experience in B2B, AdTech or media platforms is a plus
- Interest in applying AI to digital products
