UX Designer (m/w/d)

Translate business requirements into user-centric app experiences for iOS and Android from ideation to final design. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to scale the design system and optimize features based on analytics and user research.
Responsibilities
- Translate business requirements and strategy into user‑centred iOS and Android experiences
- Conceptualise and design holistic UX/UI solutions from idea to final design
- Create wireframes, prototypes and design documentation for development
- Collaborate closely with product owners, stakeholders, developers, QA and research teams
- Analyse existing features and identify optimisation and innovation opportunities
- Use analytics, user research and KPIs to make data‑driven design decisions
- Advance and scale the design system, ensuring consistent experience across all channels
- Participate in stakeholder meetings and mediate differing interests
- Maintain high communication standards in both German and English
Requirements
- Completed degree in UX, Interaction, Digital Design or similar
- Minimum 5 years experience in UX/UI design of digital products, preferably mobile apps, loyalty programs or retail
- Proficient with Figma and Microsoft Office
- Strong understanding of user‑centred product development and agile processes
- Experience working with cross‑functional teams
- Ability to extend and maintain design systems
- Excellent stakeholder‑management and moderation skills
- Fluent German and English, written and spoken
