Senior Product Designer

Improve the user experience of the digital environment by optimizing screens, user flows, and visual consistency. Develop and maintain a design system while collaborating with developers to ensure improvements are correctly implemented in the product.
Responsibilities
- Improve the user experience of the digital environment
- Create visually attractive and clear screens
- Present complex processes in an understandable way
- Analyze and improve user flows
- Ensure consistency in colors, typography, spacing and components
- Design friendly copy, notifications and interactions
- Design loading, error, empty and confirmation states
- Check responsive layouts for various screen sizes
- Develop and maintain a design system and fixed design principles
- Provide direct feedback and annotations in the live application
- Coordinate improvements with modern design and development tools
- Review, test and refine live changes
- Incorporate feedback from employees and users
- Contribute to designs for future mobile applications, including iOS
- Stay involved until improvements are fully implemented in the product
Requirements
- Experience as a UX/UI Designer or in a similar role
- Strong sense of design and usability
- Ability to quickly identify confusing, unclear or inconsistent elements
- Skill in structuring complex information clearly
- Attention to detail and visual quality
- Understanding of user flows through digital processes
- Preferably experience with web applications, SaaS or dashboards
- Self‑starter who can independently propose and implement improvements
- Practical, result‑oriented work style
- Interest in modern technology and AI tools
- Willingness to take responsibility for final outcomes
- Experience with design systems, prototyping, Figma, HTML, CSS, front‑end development or mobile/iOS design is a plus

- Salary between €3,500 - €5,000 per month
