Design and evolve high-fidelity, accessible visual interfaces for a major Latin American retail company's digital products. Maintain the design system as a single source of truth and integrate AI tools into the design workflow to accelerate concept exploration.
Responsibilities
- Design high‑fidelity, accessible, and consistent interfaces for digital products
- Translate business and user needs into concrete, scalable UI solutions
- Integrate AI‑native design tools and prompt‑driven workflows to accelerate concept exploration
- Prototype solutions to validate ideas while maintaining quality standards
- Maintain and evolve the design system as a single source of truth (components, tokens, patterns, guidelines)
- Document the design system and ensure its adoption by design and development teams
- Incorporate WCAG accessibility standards and continuously improve usability and coherence
- Collaborate closely with Development to ensure faithful implementation and reduce handoff friction
Requirements
- 4+ years of digital product design experience
- Experience implementing AI within the design workflow
- Advanced proficiency with Figma, including component creation and prototyping, and familiarity with Figma Make
- Experience working with design systems (tokens, libraries, Atomic Design)
- Strong understanding of accessibility standards (WCAG)
- Experience working in Agile/Scrum teams
- Ability to create high‑fidelity, clear, and consistent UI across all product touchpoints
- Prototyping skills to validate concepts and maintain quality standards
- Excellent documentation and communication of design system guidelines
