Product Designer (UX/UI)

Lead the end-to-end design of key digital flows including e-commerce, customer portals, and subscriptions. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align design decisions with business goals and scale the Figma design system.
Responsibilities
- Lead endâtoâend design of eâcommerce, client portal and subscription flows from research to final UI
- Collaborate with Growth, Brand, Tech and founders to align design with business objectives
- Scale and maintain the design system in Figma
- Translate quantitative and qualitative data into actionable design decisions focused on conversion
- Provide strategic input on what to build, not just visual design
Requirements
- 3â5 years of experience in Product Design or UX/UI
- Ownership of complete design flows
- Advanced proficiency with Figma and designâsystem maintenance
- Experience using AI tools for design generation and rapid prototyping
- Background in eâcommerce, subscriptions or directâtoâconsumer products
- English level C1 or higher
