Responsibilities
- Plan content strategies and create/validate copy for products and services
- Develop scalable style guides and content guidelines
- Align content with business strategy and technical SEO
- Design visual elements using grids, color, and typography for digital interfaces
- Implement design system components considering user, business, and technical feasibility
- Conduct information architecture analysis and create mental models
- Apply usability principles and adjust existing interfaces based on user behavior
- Evaluate low‑ to mid‑fidelity prototypes using qualitative and quantitative research methods
- Generate findings, recommendations, and communicate impact to stakeholders
- Practice UX writing, adhering to company tone and voice
Requirements
- 3-5 years of relevant experience
- Advanced knowledge of digital content creation
- Experience with design systems and modular content
- Familiarity with ContentOps and content automation
- Understanding of user‑centered design and design thinking
- Proficiency in agile methodologies
- Critical thinking and facilitation skills
- Ability to negotiate and adapt
- Autonomy in decision‑making
