Junior UX Designer

The role involves conducting qualitative user research and co-facilitating workshops to solve complex problems. Responsibilities include creating user flows, wireframes, and accessible UI designs using design systems to deliver high-quality user experiences.
Responsibilities
- Conduct qualitative user research such as testing, interviews, and focus groups
- Facilitate and coâlead design workshops with multidisciplinary teams
- Iteratively design user flows, wireframes, mockups, and user journeys
- Maintain and apply a design system to deliver pixelâperfect designs
- Create digital and physical prototypes for testing and validation
- Produce accessible UI designs ready for production and handâoff in Figma
- Collaborate closely with developers, product owners, and other stakeholders
Requirements
- Degree in HumanâComputer Interaction, Experience Design, Communication, Multimedia Design or related field
- Strong portfolio demonstrating UX process and designs
- Fluent in Dutch and English, both written and spoken
- Proficiency with Figma and Adobe Creative Suite
- Experience conducting user research, testing, and workshops
- Ability to translate research insights into actionable design recommendations
- Experience working in Agile teams with multiple stakeholders
