Develop and optimize Generative AI workflows to automate visual content production at scale. Act as a technical bridge between creative teams and AI/ML engineering to deliver scalable production solutions.
Responsibilities
- Develop, test, and optimize generative AI workflows and pipelines for visual content production
- Act as a bridge between creative teams and AI/ML engineers, translating production needs into technical solutions
- Build and maintain automation scripts and tools to remove workflow bottlenecks
- Evaluate AIâgenerated output for visual quality, brand consistency, and production readiness
- Support fineâtuning, testing, and evaluation of foundational models for image and video generation
- Design and implement prompt engineering frameworks for scalable highâquality results
- Collaborate with engineers and scientists on a centralized suite of GenAI tools
- Research and prototype emerging generative AI capabilities and recommend adoption paths
- Document workflows, best practices, and technical specifications for partner teams
- Participate in crossâfunctional reviews to align AI tooling with creative standards and business goals
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or equivalent
- 3+ years of frontâend development, engineering, or UX prototyping experience
- Portfolio showcasing relevant frontâend and UI design work
- Experience with web, mobile web, or mobile app frontâend development
- Experience building scripts, tooling, and automation for largeâscale environments
- Experience with prompt engineering for content generation
