The role involves designing intuitive user experiences for cybersecurity platforms by simplifying complex technical and regulatory constraints. Responsibilities include conducting user research, maintaining a scalable design system, and collaborating with PMs and engineers to optimize key user journeys.
Responsibilities
- Design robust, intuitive experiences for web and mobile platforms
- Simplify complex security and regulatory problems into clear user flows
- Follow a discovery â hypothesis â test â iteration process
- Create flows, wireframes, mockups, and highâfidelity prototypes
- Optimize key journeys such as onboarding, activation, and advanced usage
- Maintain consistency, accessibility, and highâquality execution
- Conduct user interviews, usability tests, and incorporate feedback from CSM, support, and product data
- Prioritize features based on user and business impact
- Define and track relevant KPIs
- Build and scale a robust Design System, govern components and tokens
- Align design with frontâend implementation and ensure multiâproduct, multiâlanguage consistency
- Collaborate closely with Product Managers and Engineers in agile rituals
- Document design decisions clearly and defend them with user, data, and business arguments
- Contribute to longâterm product vision and help industrialize the Design System
Requirements
- 3+ years of Product Design experience (SaaS B2B preferred)
- Advanced proficiency with Figma (components, variables, libraries)
- Experience conducting user research and usability testing
- Strong understanding of responsive design and accessibility standards
- Experience working with a structured Design System
- Analytical mindset and collaborative attitude
- Ability to simplify complex technical and regulatory topics
