UX Designer Trainee/AI Design Support - My2N

The trainee will monitor AI-generated outputs to ensure they align with UX designs, design systems, and consistency standards. They will collaborate with development teams to identify and resolve UX/UI issues during the implementation phase.
Responsibilities
- Work daily with a development team and senior UX designers
- Review AI‑generated UI outputs and compare them with original designs
- Ensure correct use of the company design system and UI patterns
- Identify inconsistencies between design specifications and implemented interfaces
- Flag UX/UI issues before they reach end users
- Assist developers with minor UX questions during implementation
- Consult senior designers on more complex problems
- Participate in design reviews and learn why certain solutions are correct
Requirements
- Active university student (approximately 20 hours per week)
- Basic knowledge of UX and UI design
- Familiarity with Figma and design systems
- Strong eye for detail and consistency
- Systematic work approach and ability to follow through
- Comfortable communicating with developers and asking questions
- Interest in AI and its impact on digital product development
