Responsibilities
- Develop and evolve the product roadmap and translate vision into concrete product ideas
- Design intuitive user interfaces for multiple platforms
- Maintain and ensure consistency of the design system and brand identity across all products
- Conduct user research and usability testing to improve UX
- Collaborate closely with developers, product managers and other stakeholders
Requirements
- Degree in Design, HCI or related field
- 3-5 years of professional experience
- Experience building and maintaining design systems
- Expert proficiency with Figma and other industryâstandard design tools
- Strong communication skills and ability to work with crossâfunctional teams
- Proactive and selfâinitiated attitude
