Manage the creative process for packaging and innovative marketing materials from ideation to final execution. Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to ensure industrial compatibility and performance of packaging systems.
Responsibilities
- Develop graphic projects and visual materials for branding, presentations, digital ads, brochures, packaging and kits
- Create high‑fidelity concepts that clearly communicate design intent
- Edit and retouch images and illustrations, produce 3D renderings or visualizations as needed
- Coordinate industrial implementation, interacting with internal and external stakeholders to ensure packaging performance
- Contribute to continuous improvement of existing designs
Requirements
- Degree in Design, Graphic Arts or related field with several years of experience
- Proficiency with InDesign, Illustrator, Photoshop and Acrobat Pro
- Strong technical knowledge of printing techniques and materials (paper, hot‑stamping films)
- Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines
- Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail
- Interest in AI integration within the creative workflow
- Preference for experience with POS and visual merchandising
