Senior Product Designer

You will own the end-to-end design process, from user research and wireframing to building interactive, code-based prototypes. You will collaborate with product managers and engineers to translate complex enterprise workflows into intuitive, visually compelling product experiences.
Responsibilities
- Own the endâtoâend design process from discovery and research through wireframing, prototyping, and final UI delivery
- Build interactive, codeâbased prototypes using React, TypeScript, JavaScript, and AIâassisted tooling
- Translate complex enterprise workflows into clear, intuitive, visually compelling product experiences
- Collaborate closely with product managers and engineers to ensure feasibility and consistency
- Conduct user interviews, usability tests, and competitor analyses to inform design decisions
- Maintain and evolve Neptune's design system for platform consistency
- Present and communicate design concepts to stakeholders and incorporate feedback
- Advocate for the end user throughout the product development lifecycle
Requirements
- 5+ years of product or UI/UX design experience, preferably in B2B or enterprise software
- Strong portfolio demonstrating endâtoâend design work for web or desktop applications
- Handsâon experience with AIâassisted design tools (e.g., Claude, Cursor, Figma AI, MCP servers)
- Solid understanding of UX principles, interaction design patterns, and accessibility standards
- Frontend development skills: HTML, CSS, TypeScript/JavaScript, React sufficient to build interactive prototypes
- Experience working in agile, crossâfunctional product teams
- Excellent communication and presentation skills
