The UX Designer will own the digital customer and partner experience, shaping strategy and creating tangible designs across the entire digital journey. They will collaborate with cross-functional teams to simplify complex processes and contribute to the company's Design System.
Responsibilities
- The UX Designer will own the digital customer and partner experience, shaping strategy and creating tangible designs across the entire digital journey. They will collaborate with cross-functional teams to simplify complex processes and contribute to the company's Design System.
Requirements
- Candidates must have 6+ years of experience in UX Design and leading UX projects, with strong proficiency in user journeys, wireframes, and prototypes. Experience in designing digital ecosystems and a background in e-commerce are highly valued.
