Responsibilities

• Plan, execute and analyze UX research to uncover opportunities and understand user needs
• Convert research findings into actionable product decisions and design artifacts
• Integrate research insights into daily project work and product vision
• Collaborate closely with multidisciplinary teams, providing strategic input
• Present conclusions confidently to clients and manage feedback constructively

Requirements

• Minimum 2 years of UX research experience on digital products and services
• Experience with both qualitative and quantitative research methods
• Ability to translate findings into information architecture, customer journeys, user flows, wireframes or product concepts
• Strong communication skills for presenting complex information clearly
• Product mindset connecting user needs to business goals
• Curiosity and continuous learning attitude, especially with new research tools and AI
