- Lead the group-wide design framework and oversee the delivery of a flagship AED 3bn luxury development in Abu Dhabi. Coordinate multi-disciplinary teams and external consultants to ensure design excellence, compliance, and commercial alignment.
Requirements
- Requires over 10 years of design management experience in large-scale GCC real estate projects and a degree in Architecture. Must be proficient in BIM-led coordination and experienced in managing complex projects from feasibility to completion.
