Develop and implement design products for marketing and business activities, focusing on commercial campaigns and brand consistency across online and offline channels. Responsibilities include creating Key Visuals, designing multi-channel communication materials, and managing design assets and templates.
Responsibilities
- Develop concepts, key visuals and visual systems for marketing and commercial campaigns
- Design multi‑channel communication materials: social media assets, digital banners, web/app visuals, POSM, standees, brochures, event collateral
- Adapt key visuals to various sizes, formats and touchpoints while maintaining consistency
- Work directly with Product, Marketing and Service teams to receive briefs and deliver designs
- Manage design files, ensure timely hand‑off to production and printing partners
- Maintain and update design asset libraries, templates and image repositories
- Propose improvements to templates, processes and implementation methods to increase design efficiency
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design, Visual Communication, Applied Arts or related field
- Minimum 3 years of graphic/visual design experience
- Portfolio demonstrating key visual development and multi‑channel marketing design
- Proficiency with Figma and Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, After Effects)
- Strong understanding of visual principles, color, typography and layout
- Knowledge of digital and print production technical requirements
- Experience using AI tools for ideation, image processing and design efficiency
- Ability to handle large workloads, manage multiple requests and meet deadlines
- Teamwork and cross‑functional collaboration skills
