Lead the creation and evolution of a scalable Design System to ensure consistency across digital products. Collaborate with UX teams, developers, and stakeholders to transform business requirements into intuitive interfaces.
Responsibilities
- Lead creation and evolution of a scalable Design System
- Collaborate with UX, development, and stakeholder teams to ensure consistency and quality across digital products
- Conduct user research and usability testing to inform design decisions
- Design high‑fidelity mockups and interactive prototypes for web and mobile
- Maintain design documentation and style guides
Requirements
- 2+ years of experience in interface design
- Experience with UX research and Design Systems
- Strong mobile and web design experience
- Proficiency in Figma, FigJam, Illustrator, Photoshop, Maze and/or Marvel
- Experience working in multidisciplinary agile teams
- Portfolio demonstrating design judgment and problem‑solving
