- Lead and coordinate multidisciplinary design teams to deliver major construction projects, specifically Department for Education schemes. Manage the design process from tender to completion, ensuring compliance, buildability, and cost-effectiveness.
Requirements
- Requires a degree in Architecture, Engineering, or Construction Management and proven experience as a Design Manager within a main contractor environment. Knowledge of DfE standards and BIM processes is highly desirable.
