Senior Product Designer

Own end-to-end product design initiatives across iOS, Android, and web to create high-quality, user-centered mobile experiences. Partner with cross-functional teams to prototype quickly using AI tools and ensure high-quality execution through implementation and QA.
Responsibilities
- Own endâtoâend product design initiatives covering visual, interaction, motion and brand integration
- Prototype quickly in Figma and AI/lowâcode tools
- Present designs persuasively to stakeholders and senior leadership
- Maintain detail and collaboration through engineering implementation and postâlaunch iterations
- Use data and research to inform designs and evolve approach
- Champion systemâlevel thinking and evolve Calmâs design system
- Balance multiple fastâpaced projects while maintaining high execution standards
Requirements
- 7+ years UX/UI design experience, 5+ years in consumer mobile/web applications
- Proficiency in Figma and AI/lowâcode prototyping tools (Replit, Lovable, Claude)
- Ability to ship small code changes without engineering support
- Strong portfolio of shipped consumer products
- Excellent communication and storytelling
- Advocacy for accessibility, consistency and visual storytelling
