Senior Product Designer I (Enterprise)

Lead the design direction for key product initiatives by translating strategy into user-centered solutions and high-fidelity visuals. Collaborate cross-functionally to integrate AI capabilities thoughtfully while evolving the company's design system and processes.
Responsibilities
- Translate product strategy into wireframes, prototypes and highâfidelity visuals
- Collaborate with product managers, engineers and stakeholders to define problems and ship highâquality experiences
- Conduct and synthesize user research and usability testing
- Make AIârelated design decisions, evaluate value and ensure quality of AI interactions
- Design AIâassisted experiences with error states, confidence signals and feedback loops
- Refine design processes, tools and team rituals
- Prioritize design work balancing user needs and business goals
- Present and communicate design decisions to crossâfunctional partners and leadership
- Foster collaboration, feedback and inclusivity within the design team
Requirements
- 6+ years of product/UX/UI design experience
- Strong portfolio with complex digital products
- Proficiency with modern design and prototyping tools (Figma, Claude code)
- Experience evolving design systems at scale
- Deep understanding of userâcentered design, accessibility and interaction design
- Collaboration in agile product teams
- Ability to leverage AI tools to improve workflow
- Bachelorâs degree in design, HCI or equivalent
