Responsibilities
- Design and improve the Gray Swan Arena UI across web and mobile platforms
- Own projects from concept sketches to productionâready specifications
- Translate complex technical workflows into clear, intuitive user experiences
- Apply visual and persuasive design principles to create engaging flows
- Build and maintain UI components, patterns, and visual standards in the design system
- Collaborate with product, engineering, ML research, and GTM teams on crossâfunctional work
- Contribute to adâhoc design needs and wear multiple hats as required
Requirements
- 6+ years professional product UI/UX design experience, preferably in gamified consumer apps
- Experience designing tooling or chat interfaces is a plus
- Strong portfolio demonstrating endâtoâend design work
- Proficiency with modern design and prototyping tools
- Solid grasp of userâcentered design principles and usability testing
- Detailâoriented with experience managing style guides and component libraries
- Ability to balance technical user needs with playful design
- Bonus: experience in earlyâstage startup environments
- Bonus: understanding of AI safety or ethical AI considerations
- Bonus: familiarity with frontâend development or coding skills
