Identify user and business goals to design data-driven strategies and tangible solutions. Define appropriate methodologies and tools while managing abstract concepts for design decision-making.
Responsibilities
- Identify user and business objectives and needs
- Analyze risks and propose solutions with planning and foresight
- Define methodology, channels, and tools for each project
- Design data‑driven strategies aligned with business and user goals
- Translate abstract concepts into concrete design decisions
- Generate tangible design solutions and actionable recommendations
- Facilitate co‑creation workshops and apply business model design principles
- Interview stakeholders (mandatory 3+ years experience)
Requirements
- Minimum 4 years experience as a Product Designer
- Experience designing user interfaces
- Experience conducting user research (quantitative and qualitative)
- Experience using Design Systems and atomic design principles
- Knowledge of Design Thinking, user‑centered design, Scrum, Agile
- Portfolio and up‑to‑date CV focused on digital products
- Intermediate English (desired)
- Ability to work hybrid (2 days per week in office)
- No prior recruitment processes with BBVA directly or via agencies
