Responsibilities
- Lead and manage the regional design function for data center projects, ensuring design solutions meet client expectations and statutory requirements. Oversee technical governance, resource planning, and the integration of sustainability and digital standards across the business unit.
Requirements
- Requires a degree in Architecture, Engineering, or Construction Management and a professional qualification (e.g., RIBA, MCIOB). A minimum of 12 years of experience in construction design management is required, preferably within the data center sector.
