- Execute end-to-end UX/UI design for customer-facing products, ecommerce, and internal agent workflows within a Center of Excellence. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to translate business requirements into high-fidelity mockups and AI-enhanced digital experiences.
Requirements
- Requires 2-5+ years of UX/UI or Product Design experience with a strong portfolio showcasing responsive design and user-centered workflows. Proficiency in Figma and Miro is essential, along with a strong understanding of accessibility standards and design systems.
