UX Designer , GOEST (Global Operations Enterprise Services - Tech)

The UX Designer will own end-to-end design delivery for internal enterprise tools, including user flows, wireframes, and prototypes. They will also facilitate design consultations, conduct user research, and collaborate with engineering and product teams to ensure intuitive, scalable experiences.

Responsibilities

• Own end‑to‑end design delivery for multiple concurrent projects, including user flows, wireframes, prototypes and production‑ready specifications
• Facilitate design consultation sessions and provide expert feedback to product teams
• Conduct design quality assurance on shipped features
• Build and maintain a domain‑specific pattern library extending the corporate design system
• Run design office hours offering guidance and early feedback
• Conduct user research (shadows, interviews, usability tests) to validate decisions
• Contribute to cross‑team experience strategy, information architecture and long‑term vision
• Collaborate daily with product managers, engineers and data scientists to translate complex business requirements into intuitive experiences

Requirements

• 3+ years of design experience
• Portfolio demonstrating end‑to‑end, user‑centered design solutions
• Experience designing for desktop and mobile devices
• Proficiency with design and prototyping tools such as Figma, Adobe Creative Cloud or similar
• Knowledge of usability principles and techniques
