The Integrated Design Manager leads daily design management activities, ensuring alignment with project objectives for scope, schedule, cost, and quality. They act as the primary integrator for architectural and specialty systems while managing third-party design teams and stakeholder review cycles.

Requirements

  • Candidates must hold a bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or an equivalent field with at least 5 years of experience in commercial project design. Proficiency in design management software and the ability to interpret technical construction documentation are required.
