The role involves strategic and operational UX/UI work for digital products and services within a consultancy framework. Responsibilities include solving complex design problems and collaborating with cross-functional teams including developers and product owners.
Responsibilities
- Deliver strategic and operational UX/UI solutions for client and internal digital projects
- Analyze complex design problems and propose effective solutions
- Create and maintain design systems and component libraries
- Collaborate closely with developers, analysts and product owners in agile teams
- Conduct user research, usability testing and workshops
- Ensure compliance with WCAG accessibility standards
- Coach and mentor junior designers and stakeholders
- Share knowledge and drive competence development across the organization
Requirements
- At least 9 years of documented experience in strategic and operational UX/UI work for digital products and services
- Proven ability to analyze and solve complex user and design problems
- Experience with established UX/UI and prototyping tools such as Sketch, Axure, Figma or equivalents
- Demonstrated application of digital accessibility principles including WCAG
- Experience working in agile, crossâfunctional teams with developers, analysts and product owners
- Fluent in spoken and written Swedish
- Experience establishing and evolving design systems (preferred)
- Basic understanding of frontâend development (HTML, CSS) (preferred)
- Coaching, mentoring and supporting colleagues in UX/UI and userâcentered design (preferred)
- Active contribution to knowledge sharing and competence development (preferred)
- Leadership or coordination of UX/UI work in crossâfunctional teams (preferred)
- User research experience (interviews, usability testing, workshops) (preferred)
- Ability to translate user and business needs into flows, wireframes, prototypes and highâfidelity interfaces
