You will own and develop the design system as a product across Telia, OneCall, and MyCall, ensuring consistency and scalability. This involves defining architecture, components, and design tokens while driving adoption and collaboration across product teams.
Responsibilities
- Own and develop the design system as a product across Telia, OneCall and MyCall
- Define architecture, structure, components, design tokens and principles
- Ensure tight coupling between design and code from Figma to implementation
- Drive standardisation and consistency in digital experiences
- Establish best practices for componentâbased design
- Monitor adoption, usage and impact of the system
- Act as a central design sparring partner for the design community
- Explore AI and new tools to strengthen the system and processes
Requirements
- Strong design competence with system thinking
- Experience with complex digital solutions as UX/UI or product designer
- Proficiency in Figma (components, variants, tokens)
- Understanding of design implementation in code
- Structured and analytical design approach
- Clear communication and influencing across teams
- Proactive identification of improvement opportunities
- Interest in AI and automation tools
- Ability to prioritize decisions that create crossâproduct value
