The UX/UI Product Designer will lead end-to-end design processes for AI-integrated products, conducting user research and mapping complex workflows. They will collaborate with cross-functional teams including developers and data scientists to create intuitive interfaces and ensure successful implementation.
Responsibilities
- Define UX/UI scope and lead user‑research activities (interviews, observations, tests, usage analysis)
- Map complex journeys and workflows, and run co‑design workshops with cross‑functional teams
- Create wireframes, interactive prototypes, and high‑fidelity mockups using Figma and the Quantum Design System
- Design data‑intensive visualizations and interfaces
- Collaborate with developers to ensure implementation matches design specifications and track UX tasks in the backlog
- Advise product teams on integrating AI features responsibly, focusing on trust, control, and explainability
Requirements
- At least 6+ years of experience as a Product Designer or UX/UI Designer on complex, data‑intensive products
- Strong proficiency with Figma and Design Systems
- Expertise in user research methods (interviews, observations, testing, usage analysis)
- Facilitation of co‑design workshops with product owners, developers, and data scientists
- Experience with Agile/Lean UX processes
- Data visualization skills
- Fluent English (C1) and strong communication abilities
- Basic knowledge of HTML/CSS (a plus)
- Interest or experience in AI integration and explainability
