Design intuitive and aesthetic UX/UI interfaces for digital platforms and maintain a scalable Design System. Collaborate with product and tech teams to translate business needs into high-performance solutions through prototyping and user testing.
Responsibilities
- Design UX/UI interfaces for digital applications and platforms ensuring visual coherence and optimal accessibility
- Create and maintain a Design System for scalable and harmonious user experiences
- Collaborate with product and tech teams to translate business needs into intuitive solutions
- Conduct user tests, co‑design workshops, and UX audits to improve existing products
- Prototype designs using tools like Figma, Protopie, etc., and iterate based on feedback
- Participate in Agile rituals (Daily, Refinement, Sprint Review, Retro) to align design and development
- Stay informed on UX/UI trends, new methodologies, and design tools
Requirements
- Minimum 5 years of experience as a Product Designer
- Significant experience designing or optimizing mobile applications (iOS and/or Android)
- Experience in media sector interfaces (TV, web, or app) is a plus
- Proficiency with design tools such as Figma and prototyping software
- Ability to understand complex problems and propose simple, elegant solutions
- Strong presentation and stakeholder‑alignment skills
- Curiosity, creativity, and up‑to‑date knowledge of UX/UI trends and methodologies
