They lead multi-disciplinary teams to ensure technical compliance, drive value engineering, and manage stakeholder relationships.
Requirements
- Candidates must have significant experience managing design delivery for major construction projects and a relevant industry qualification such as RIBA, CIOB, or ICE. A degree and chartered status are desired, along with a valid CSCS card.
