UX Designer / Strateeg

Lead the design and strategy process by translating broad client ambitions into clear product visions and concrete directions. Act as a strategic sparring partner for developers and designers while facilitating workshops to align user needs with organizational goals.
Responsibilities
- Combine strategic insight with pragmatism to advise, guide or execute UX decisions
- Define how UX is applied within projects and contribute to the evolution of the discipline
- Act as a sparring partner for designers, developers and business development
- Translate broad client ambitions into concrete UX directions, choices and approaches
- Facilitate workshops that shape project direction and ensure user needs align with organizational goals
- Support colleague‑designers on complex projects and help embed UX impact across the company
- Collaborate with a small, multidisciplinary design team and work closely with developers and business development
Requirements
- Minimum six years of experience in UX Design, Product Design, Service Design or digital strategy
- Experience with complex digital products, platforms or applications
- Ability to lead workshops, client conversations and stakeholder sessions
- Skill in translating ambiguous problems into clear directions and designs
- Strong communication and collaboration with designers, developers and business development
- Curiosity about AI and emerging design technologies
- Experience in an agency, consultancy or similar environment is a plus
