Lead the construction and upgrade of the brand visual system and execute high-level marketing campaigns. Integrate AI tools into the design workflow and create high-quality motion graphics for App and Web platforms.
Responsibilities
- Define and evolve the brand visual system (VI) across all channels ensuring consistency
- Lead end‑to‑end visual design for major marketing campaigns and IP visual storytelling
- Integrate AI‑driven creative workflows to accelerate concept‑to‑high‑fidelity asset production
- Research and experiment with AI video and 3D technologies for brand narratives
- Design core app/web interaction animations, delivering high‑quality Lottie JSON assets
- Create transparent‑channel WebM motion videos for brand films, ambience, and dynamic logo expressions
- Establish motion‑design standards covering duration, Bézier curves, and response logic
Requirements
- 6+ years of visual design experience (internet, top design agency, or 4A background)
- Bachelor's degree or higher in Art, Visual Communication or related field
- Expert proficiency in Figma or Sketch and Adobe Creative Cloud (Photoshop, Illustrator)
- Advanced skills in After Effects and Lottie (Bodymovin/PAG) for JSON animations
- Ability to produce high‑performance WebM motion videos
- Proficiency with C4D or Blender, including rendering engines (Octane/Redshift)
- Hands‑on experience with AI generative tools such as Midjourney, Stable Diffusion (ControlNet/LoRA) and strong prompt‑engineering skills
- Strong proposal and presentation abilities
- Understanding of front‑end implementation to work closely with engineers
