The Product Designer will lead user experience research and interface design, working closely with Product Owners and developers in an Agile environment. Responsibilities include conducting user audits, creating wireframes, developing dynamic prototypes, and ensuring visual consistency through a Design System.
Responsibilities
- Participate in all stages of product design, from user research to visual delivery
- Facilitate workshops and apply UX methods such as audits, experience mapping and card sorting
- Analyze user journey data to generate hypotheses and create wireframes
- Develop dynamic UX prototypes and conduct user testing
- Deliver visual designs that respect the Design System, from lowâfi to hiâfi
- Collaborate closely with Product Owners, business experts and developers in an Agile setting
Requirements
- At least 4 years of experience as a UX/UI Designer
- Strong knowledge of UX and UI methods (audits, experience maps, card sorting)
- Proficiency with Figma, Sketch, Adobe XD and the Adobe suite
- Ability to conduct user research, analyze data and formulate solution hypotheses
- Experience creating wireframes, dynamic prototypes and highâfidelity visual designs
- Excellent communication skills and ability to work in Agile teams with Product Owners and developers
