You will work as a consultant on various client projects, focusing on both strategic and operational UX/UI design. The role involves solving complex user problems and collaborating within cross-functional agile teams.
Responsibilities
- Lead strategic and operational UX/UI work for client and internal projects
- Analyze complex design challenges and deliver solutions
- Create prototypes and highâfidelity designs using established tools
- Ensure digital products meet accessibility standards (WCAG)
- Collaborate closely with developers, analysts, and product owners in agile teams
- Coach and mentor colleagues in UX/UI and userâcentered design
- Contribute to knowledge sharing and competency development within the organization
- Lead or coordinate UX/UI efforts across crossâfunctional teams
- Conduct user research, interviews, testing, and workshops
- Translate user and business needs into flows, wireframes, prototypes, and highâresolution interfaces
Requirements
- Minimum 9 years of documented UX/UI experience for digital products and services
- Proven ability to analyze and solve complex user and design problems
- Expertise with Sketch, Axure, Figma or similar prototyping tools
- Experience applying WCAG accessibility principles
- Experience working in agile, crossâfunctional teams with developers, analysts, and product owners
- Fluent Swedish communication skills
