Founding Product Designer

As the founding designer, you will own the end-to-end design process for AI-powered healthcare navigation tools, from research to launch. You will also be responsible for shaping the company's brand, website, and marketing materials.
Responsibilities
- Shape product direction based on deep user knowledge
- Own design across userâfacing products from research to launch and iteration
- Lead user research and translate findings into product direction
- Craft polished, trustworthy interfaces for dense clinical workflows
- Partner with founders, product, and engineering to set vision and roadmap
- Prototype quickly in code or other tools to align the team
- Own brand and marketing design including sales oneâpagers, pitch decks, and website
- Ship highâquality work fast in an ambiguous earlyâstage environment
Requirements
- 6+ years of product design experience
- Experience designing complex B2B SaaS or operational internal tools
- Strong portfolio demonstrating product thinking, polished UI, and impact
- Experience designing both product interfaces and brand/marketing materials
- Strong research instincts and ability to run user sessions
- Fluency in Figma for interface design and prototyping
- Comfort with broader design toolkit for brand and marketing work
- Ability to use AI tools (e.g., Cursor, GPT, Claude) effectively
- Excellent collaboration and communication in a fastâmoving crossâfunctional team
- Niceâtoâhave: experience building from 0 to 1 at an earlyâstage startup
