Mobile Developer & UI/UX Product Designer (m/w/d)

Drive the development of native iOS and Android apps while actively shaping the UI/UX and overall product strategy. Collaborate with founders to translate user needs into intuitive digital features and maintain a high-quality technical architecture.
Responsibilities
- Develop and extend the Value app for iOS and/or Android using modern native technologies
- Write clean, maintainable and wellâtested code and evolve the technical architecture
- Collaborate with REST APIs and integrate new product features
- Conceptualize, design and implement userâcentered features and flows
- Create prototypes, UI concepts and translate them into functional app screens
- Contribute to the overall product vision from idea through UX concept, design and implementation
- Work closely with founders, engineers and other team members in product development
- Explore new technologies and propose solutions for complex challenges
- Apply AI tools for development, refactoring, debugging, testing and prototyping while understanding the underlying code
Requirements
- Experience developing native iOS apps with Swift and SwiftUI
- Experience developing native Android apps with Kotlin and Jetpack Compose
- Good sense for UI, UX and intuitive user flows
- Familiarity with Agile development, Clean Code, MVVM and Dependency Injection
- Experience with automated UI and unit testing and quality assurance
- Experience working with REST APIs
- Ability to use AIâbased development tools and critically evaluate generated code
- Motivation to take ownership, propose ideas and influence product direction
