Design high-fidelity visual solutions and interactive prototypes for web and mobile apps aligned with the organization's Design System. Collaborate with UX designers and Product Owners to ensure visual consistency and usability across all digital banking assets.
Responsibilities
- Create high‑fidelity, pixel‑perfect UI mockups and interactive prototypes for web and native mobile applications
- Co‑create, apply and actively maintain the Design System based on Atomic Design principles
- Collaborate closely with UX partners, Product Owners and development teams to translate wireframes and requirements into feasible visual solutions
- Design multiple visual alternatives per requirement and facilitate stakeholder debates
- Maintain clear communication with stakeholders, report design progress and continuously research industry trends
Requirements
- Professional degree in Graphic Design, Digital Animation, Industrial Design or related field
- 4‑6 years of experience as a UI Designer or in digital interface design
- Proven mastery of UI design, prototyping and animation tools (e.g., Sketch, Photoshop, After Effects, InVision, Principle)
- Practical knowledge of Atomic Design methodology and usability testing (A/B testing, heuristics)
- Experience with Design Thinking, Lean Startup and Jira
