Product Designer Pleno/Sênior (UX/UI)

Create and evolve digital experiences by mapping user journeys and building high-fidelity interfaces. Collaborate with Product, Technology, and Marketing teams to transform complex problems into intuitive digital solutions.
Responsibilities
- Create and evolve digital experiences focusing on UX and UI
- Own end‑to‑end design process from problem understanding to implementation and iteration
- Map user journeys, structure flows and produce wireframes, prototypes and high‑fidelity interfaces
- Identify usability issues and improvement opportunities
- Design intuitive, consistent, responsive and visually refined experiences
- Contribute to the evolution and maintenance of the Design System
- Participate in discovery, research and solution validation processes
- Partner with Product Managers, developers and other stakeholders
- Present and defend design decisions with clear rationale
- Monitor implementation with development teams to ensure quality and fidelity
- Leverage user feedback, data and insights to continuously improve products
Requirements
- Professional experience as a Product Designer, UX/UI Designer or equivalent role
- Strong understanding of User Experience and User Interface principles
- Experience mapping user journeys, flows, information architecture and prototyping
- Advanced proficiency with Figma
- Experience with Design Systems
- Good grasp of visual hierarchy, typography, spacing, grids, components and UI states
- Ability to identify usability problems and propose solutions
- Capability to translate complex problems into simple, intuitive experiences
- Product thinking and understanding of business context
- Strong communication and collaboration with Product and Development teams
- Autonomy, organization, critical thinking and attention to detail
- Optional: experience with SaaS, e‑commerce, marketplaces, B2C or subscription products
- Optional: knowledge of product analytics tools (GA4, Amplitude, Mixpanel)
- Optional: experience with A/B testing and experimentation
- Optional: familiarity with AI tools for design and basic coding (HTML, CSS, JavaScript)
- Optional: ability to use AI or code to build functional prototypes quickly
