Onsite $15,000,000 - $25,000,000 Full-time
Develop creative concepts, key visuals, and brand identity guidelines for marketing campaigns and product communication. Design a wide range of marketing materials including packaging, POSM, and digital assets while integrating AI tools to optimize the creative process.
Responsibilities
- Develop creative concepts, key visuals, moodboards, layouts and visual direction for branding, product communication, marketing campaigns, events and sales materials
- Design and adjust brand identity assets, brochures, leaflets, catalogues, product sheets, presentations, digital/social images, packaging, labels, POSM, exhibition graphics and other sales support materials
- Ensure all designs comply with Ocany brand standards and meet quality expectations for clients
- Prepare complete design files, mock‑ups and visualizations for online, offline, client meetings, exhibitions and sales activities
- Utilize AI tools responsibly to generate ideas, moodboards, sketches and reference images while maintaining originality and brand consistency
- Stay updated on design trends, AI technologies and visual styles aligned with brand direction
- Coordinate with suppliers, printers, photographers, production teams, freelancers and agencies to guarantee output quality and brand consistency
- Review technical specifications of design files, colors, layouts, materials and production processes before manufacturing or release
- Manage multiple design requests and project timelines simultaneously, ensuring accuracy, consistency and on‑time delivery
Requirements
- Degree in Graphic Design, Communication, Multimedia Arts or related field
- At least 1 year of experience as a Graphic Designer or 2 years total in a similar role
- Proficiency with Adobe Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign, and Figma
- Experience with After Effects, Premiere Pro or similar video tools is a plus
- Ability to use AI tools (e.g., ChatGPT, Adobe Firefly, Midjourney) for ideation and moodboard creation
- Knowledge of packaging design, print file preparation, color management, and production processes
- Basic English reading/comprehension for work purposes
- Strong teamwork, multi‑project management, and ability to work under pressure
- Portfolio demonstrating brand identity, packaging, POSM, and communication design
- Good aesthetic sense for layout, color, typography, and branding
